The invention discloses hoisting equipment for a 3200T tower drum, and relates to the technical field of offshore wind power tower drum installation. The hoisting equipment for the 3200T tower drum comprises a main body structure, the main body structure comprises a crane, a 3200T tower drum, a tower drum hoisting mechanism installed at the top of the 3200T tower drum, and a 4000T floating crane installed with the crane and used for hanging the tower drum hoisting mechanism; the 3200T tower drum is used for mounting and supporting a wind power generator set and is used for absorbing vibration of the wind power generator set; and the tower drum hoisting mechanism is matched with the crane and the 4000T floating crane to hoist the 3200T tower drum. The hoisting equipment for the 3200T tower drum is reasonable in design, compact in structure and convenient to operate, and can be rapidly completed by only two persons standing on a tower drum platform, so that the working efficiency is improved; and besides, by adopting a mode of connecting the whole circle of flange to the tower drum flange of the hoisting equipment for the 3200T tower drum, not only is the contact area increased, but also the instability of the gravity center is avoided, the working efficiency of hoisting the large wind power tower drum is improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the potential safety hazard is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种3200T塔筒吊装设备,涉及海上风电塔筒安装技术领域,包括:主体结构,主体结构包括起重机、3200T塔筒、安装在3200T塔筒的顶部的塔筒吊装机构以及与起重机相安装且用于悬吊塔筒吊装机构的4000T浮吊;其中,3200T塔筒用于安装并支撑风电发电机组,并且用于吸收风电发电机组的震动;其中,塔筒吊装机构与起重机以及4000T浮吊相互配合,对3200T塔筒进行吊装。该3200T塔筒吊装设备设计合理,结构紧凑,操作便捷,只需要2名人员站在塔筒平台上就可快速完成,提高了工作效率;另外,采用该3200T塔筒吊装设备的整圈法兰对塔筒法兰的连接模式,既增大了接触面积,又避免了重心不稳,提高了大型风电塔筒吊装的工作效率,降低劳动强度,减少安全隐患。
