The invention relates to a traction machine arrangement structure. The traction machine arrangement structure comprises a traction machine rack assembly, a traction machine inversely arranged on the traction machine rack assembly and first locking elements used for fixedly connecting the traction machine rack assembly and the traction machine; and the traction machine arrangement structure further comprises a traction machine damping device, and the traction machine damping device comprises a first damping elastic assembly, a second damping elastic assembly, an isolation elastic assembly and a lower end fixing plate assembly. As the traction machine damping device is arranged, the damping effect is better.
