The invention relates to an airbag buoyant raft vibration isolation device of a ship double-engine double-propeller propulsion system. The device comprises a raft frame and two propulsion motors, the two propulsion motors are arranged side by side, the lower portions of the two propulsion motors are arranged on the upper surface of the raft frame through rubber vibration isolators, a vertical displacement adjusting air bag vibration isolator and a horizontal displacement adjusting air bag vibration isolator are arranged between the raft frame and a ship body base, a plurality of height sensors are arranged on the upper surfaces of the propulsion motors, a plurality of horizontal position sensors are arranged on the raft frame outside the two propulsion motors, a controller is used for adjusting the position of the raft frame by adjusting the inflation amount of the vertical displacement adjusting air bag vibration isolator and the horizontal displacement adjusting air bag vibration isolator according to detection results of the height sensors and the horizontal position sensors, and synchronous centering posture control over the two propelling motors is achieved. The system has the advantages of being good in vibration isolation effect, capable of achieving real-time high-precision centering attitude control, high in intelligent degree and the like, and can be used for achieving integrated efficient vibration isolation of a ship double-engine double-propeller propelling system.

    本发明涉及一种船舶双机双桨推进系统气囊浮筏隔振装置,包括筏架和两台推进电机,两台推进电机并排设置且下方通过橡胶隔振器设置在筏架上表面,筏架和船体基座之间设置有竖直位移调节气囊隔振器和水平位移调节气囊隔振器,推进电机上表面设置有多个高度传感器,两个推进电机外侧筏架上均设置有多个水平位置传感器,控制器用于根据高度传感器和水平位置传感器的检测结果通过调节竖直位移调节气囊隔振器和水平位移调节气囊隔振器的充气量进而调节筏架的位置,实现两台推进电机同步对中姿态控制。本发明具有隔振效果好、实时高精度对中姿态控制、智能化程度高等优点,可用于实现船舶双机双桨推进系统集成化高效隔振。
