The invention discloses a rail transit organization management system and method, and the system comprises a mobile client which is used for a customer to upload riding information and receive vehicle information; a vehicle which is used for transporting customers; a vehicle operation control unit which is used for controlling starting or stopping of the vehicle, the running speed, opening or closing of a vehicle door and a safety door, fault processing and vehicle speed measurement and positioning; and a central control system which is used for collecting real-time state data of each vehicle and the riding information uploaded by the mobile client, carrying out calculation scheduling, determining a proper vehicle, sending the vehicle information to the mobile client, and simultaneously issuing an instruction to the vehicle, line and station operation control unit to control the vehicles, lines and stations. According to the rail transit organization management system and method provided by the invention, vehicles can be effectively dispatched according to passenger demands and traffic system operation conditions, personalized travel demands of customers are met, and economic benefits are obvious.

    本发明公开了一种轨道交通组织管理系统及方法,包括:移动客户端,供客户上传乘车信息并接收车辆信息;车辆,运输客户;车辆运营控制单元,其控制车辆的启动或停止、运行速度、车门及安全门的开启或关闭、故障处理、车辆测速定位;中央控制系统,其采集各车辆实时状态数据以及移动客户端上传的乘车信息,进行计算调度,确定合适车辆,并将车辆信息发送至移动客户端,同时下发指令至车辆、线路和站点运营控制单元,对车辆、线路和站点进行控制。本发明提供的轨道交通组织管理系统及方法,能根据乘客需求和交通系统运营状况,对车辆进行有效调度,满足了客户的个性化出行需求,经济效益明显。
