The invention provides a collision energy absorption box. The collision energy absorption box comprises an upper flange, a composite energy absorber and a lower flange which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the composite energy absorber comprises a mixed section corrugated pipe and three stages of honeycomb inner cores arranged in the mixed section corrugated pipe; the three stages of honeycomb inner cores are sequentially provided with a first-stage honeycomb inner core, a second-stage honeycomb inner core and a third-stage honeycomb inner core from top to bottom; the first-stage honeycomb inner core, the second-stage honeycomb inner core and the third-stage honeycomb inner core are coaxially arranged; the first-stage honeycomb inner core and the second-stage honeycomb inner core are respectively formed by splicing honeycomb units; each honeycomb unit comprises a plurality of paper folding units from top to bottom, and the paper folding units are sequentially overlapped from top to bottom to form the honeycomb units; each honeycomb unit is provided with six side parts, and the honeycomb units are spliced through overlapping of the side parts. According to the technical scheme, the collision energy absorption box is simple in structure and can adapt to multi-angle impact.

    本发明提供了一种碰撞吸能盒,包括上下依次设置的上法兰、复合吸能器及下法兰;所述复合吸能器包括混合截面波纹管以及设置于所述混合截面波纹管内部的三级蜂窝内芯;所述三级蜂窝内芯从上至下依次设置有第一级蜂窝内芯、第二级蜂窝内芯及第三级蜂窝内芯;所述第一级蜂窝内芯、第二级蜂窝内芯及第三级蜂窝内芯均同轴设置;所述第一级蜂窝内芯及第二级蜂窝内芯均由蜂窝单元相互拼接形成;所述蜂窝单元从上至下包括多个折纸单位,所述折纸单元从上至下依次叠加形成所述蜂窝单元;所述蜂窝单元具有六个侧部,所述蜂窝单元之间通过侧部的重叠拼接。应用本技术方案可实现结构简单,能够适应多角度冲击的碰撞吸能盒。
