The embodiment of the invention provides an integrated power battery cooling device and a power battery pack. The device comprises a plurality of cooling parts, the plurality of cooling parts are provided with a plurality of layers of cooling sub-flow channels from top to bottom, coolant inlets of every two adjacent layers of cooling sub-flow channels are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the cooling sub-flow channels, so that the flowing directions of coolants of every two adjacent layers of cooling sub-runners are opposite; the device further comprises a circulating flow channel communicated with each layer of cooling sub-flow channel, and the circulating flow channel is used for enabling a coolant to enter the cooling sub-flow channel from a coolant inlet of the layer of cooling sub-flow channel where the circulating flow channel is located and used for pumping out the coolant flowing out of the cooling sub-flow channel. According to the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the cooling agent flows to two adjacent layers of cooling sub-flow channels for heat exchange, so the temperature rise of the cooling agent in the flow channels in the flowing direction is reduced, and the uniformity of the heat dissipation effect of the power battery is improved.

    本发明实施例提供了一种一体式动力电池冷却装置及动力电池组,所述装置包括多个冷却部,所述多个冷却部从上至下设置多层冷却子流道,其中,每相邻两层冷却子流道的冷却剂入口分别设置在冷却子流道的相对两侧,以使相邻两层冷却子流道的冷却剂的流动方向相反;所述装置还包括:与每一层冷却子流道连通的循环流道,所述循环流道用于使冷却剂从该循环流道所在层冷却子流道的冷却剂入口进入所述冷却子流道,并用于将流出所述冷却子流道的冷却剂泵出。本发明实施例提供的装置,通过冷却剂流向不同的相邻两层冷却子流道进行换热,使流道中冷却剂沿流动方向的温升降低,提高了对动力电池散热效果的均匀性。
