The invention discloses an illegal parking detection method and device. The illegal parking detection method comprises the following steps: carrying out image detection on an image frame so as to detect a vehicle and a predetermined fixed object in the image frame; tracking the vehicle and the predetermined fixed object based on the continuously acquired image frames, and determining whether the relative position between the vehicle and the predetermined fixed object changes within a preset time; and if the vehicle does not change and the parking position of the vehicle is the parking forbidding area, determining that the vehicle is parked illegally. According to the invention, the accuracy and applicability of illegal parking vehicle detection can be improved.

    本申请公开了一种违章停车检测方法及装置。其中,该违章停车检测方法包括:对图像帧进行图像检测,以检测出图像帧中的车辆和预定固定物体;基于持续获取的图像帧对车辆和预定固定物体进行跟踪,确定预设时间内车辆和预定固定物体之间的相对位置是否变化;若未变化,且在车辆的停放位置为禁停区时,确定车辆违章停车。本申请可以提高违章停车车辆检测的准确率和适用性。
