The jelly effect index during the turning of the unmanned aerial vehicle is predicted through the historical jelly effect index of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the unmanned aerial vehicle turning index corresponding to the predicted flight direction of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and then the flight speed of the unmanned aerial vehicle is adjusted according to the predicted jelly effect index, so that on one hand, the surveying and mapping efficiency can be improved on the premise of not influencing the image quality; on the other hand, the jelly effect can be prevented, and the image quality is ensured.
