The invention discloses an electromechanical mounting device used for water conservancy and hydropower engineering. The electromechanical mounting device comprises a support and a suspension arm. The support comprises a support body and multiple sets of supporting legs arranged on the support body. The suspension arm comprises a movable arm and a flange plate arranged at one end of the movable arm, the movable arm comprises a first movable arm body, a second movable arm body, a third movable arm body, a fourth movable arm body and a fifth movable arm body, all of which are connected with one another, one end of the first movable arm body is connected to a driven gear through the flange plate, the other end of the first movable arm body is hinged to one end of the second movable arm body, the other end of the second movable arm body is hinged to or slidably connected with one end of the third movable arm body, a hydraulic rod is at least arranged between the first movable arm body and the third movable arm body, the third movable arm body, the fourth movable arm body and the fifth movable arm body are sequentially connected in an inserted manner, the length of the third movable arm body, the length of the fourth movable arm body and the length of the fifth movable arm body are telescopic and adjustable, and a hooking part is arranged at the free end of the fifth movable arm body. The electromechanical mounting device can be suitable for mounting of electromechanical equipment with relatively narrow space.
