The invention discloses a suspension mechanism for an immersed membrane box. The suspension mechanism comprises a suspension assembly connected above the membrane box, and a supporting assembly fixedly arranged in a membrane tank and used for bearing the suspension assembly; a guide hole is formed in the suspension assembly, the suspension mechanism further comprises a guide rod which is arranged in the guide hole in a penetrating manner, at least the lower end part of the guide rod is fixedly connected into the membrane tank, and the guide hole is in clearance fit with the guide rod; the suspension mechanism further comprises a mounting assembly which is detachably connected to the guide rod and used for abutting the suspension assembly against the supporting assembly; and the mounting assembly and the supporting assembly abut against the upper side and the lower side of the suspension assembly respectively. According to the suspension mechanism for the immersed membrane box, the mounting assembly downwards abuts the suspension assembly against the supporting assembly, so that shaking caused by aeration of the immersed membrane box in the operation process is greatly weakened, and the operation is more stable; and as the guide rod is in clearance fit with the guide hole in the suspension assembly, the immersed membrane box can be quickly positioned and mounted.
本发明公开了一种用于浸没式膜箱的悬挂机构,包括连接在膜箱上方的悬挂组件、固设于膜池中的且用于承载悬挂组件的支撑组件;悬挂组件上开设有导向孔,悬挂机构还包括穿设于导向孔中的且至少下端部固定连接在膜池中的导向杆,导向孔与导向杆之间间隙配合;悬挂机构还包括可拆卸的连接在导向杆上的且用于将悬挂组件抵紧在支撑组件上的安装组件,安装组件和支撑组件分别抵设于悬挂组件的上下两侧。本发明一种用于浸没式膜箱的悬挂机构,通过安装组件向下将悬挂组件抵紧在支撑组件上,能够大幅减弱浸没式膜箱在运行过程中曝气造成的晃动,使运行更为稳定;导向杆与悬挂组件中的导向孔之间间隙配合,能够实现浸没式膜箱的快速定位安装。
