The invention discloses an airport management system capable of improving the passenger transfer efficiency, which comprises a vehicle body, a first cavity with a leftward opening is formed in the vehicle body, the front end and the rear end of the left side face of the vehicle body are each hinged to a swing block, and the swing blocks can move through a connecting device; the opposite faces of the two swing blocks are provided with a protection device capable of extending to become a guardrail, a bearing block is connected to the upper side face of the vehicle body in a left-right sliding mode, a second cavity with an upward opening is formed in the bearing block, and an upward through outlet with a leftward opening is formed in the left side face of the second cavity. According to the invention, passengers can be transported, and a passage directly reaching an aircraft gangway ladder can be formed after the passenger car arrives at a target location, so that the passengers are prevented from getting away; according to the system, luggage carried by passengers can be stored in a centralized manner, and the bearing capacity of the ferry vehicle of one shift can be effectively increased.
