The invention discloses a device for charging and power generation of an electric vehicle. According to the device for charging and power generation of the electric vehicle, a pipeline is fixed to the inner position of a vehicle head, a permanent magnet power generation device is hung in the pipeline through 12 hanging nails to be fixed, the permanent magnet power generation device comprises a horizontal shaft, an air inlet fan blade, a wake flow fan blade and a magnetic coil set, and the air inlet fan blade and the wake flow fan blade are installed at the two ends of the horizontal shaft respectively; each magnetic coil group is formed by connecting a first magnetic disk, a coil panel and a second magnetic disk in series, the 20 magnetic coil groups are connected in series together, then the coils are grouped to form the permanent magnet generator device, a 220v alternating current line is led out of the permanent magnet generator device, and a protective cover is installed on the permanent magnet generator device. The device mainly solves the problems that an existing electric vehicle charging pile is insufficient and inconvenient to charge, saves energy, is environmentally friendly, is higher in practicability and is convenient to install and use in family vehicles.
