The invention discloses a prefabricated building component hoisting construction platform, which comprises a building structure, two sets of self-climbing devices are installed on the building structure, two truss guide rails are fixedly installed at the tops of the two sets of self-climbing devices in parallel, and a mono overhead crane is erected between the two truss guide rails. The self-climbing devices are used for supporting the two truss guide rails, and the mono overhead crane is erected between the two truss guide rails, so that the mono overhead crane can flexibly move above a construction plane to hoist a fabricated building component, it is ensured that the fabricated building component can be accurately and rapidly installed through flexible walking of the mono overhead crane, manpower is reduced, the construction safety is ensured, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved; and meanwhile, the truss guide rails can climb upwards layer by layer along with the floors through the self-climbing devices, and installation work of the fabricated building components of all the floors can be completed.

    本发明公开了一种装配式建筑构件吊装施工平台,包括建筑结构,在建筑结构上安装有两组自爬升装置,在两组自爬升装置的顶部平行地固定安装有两根桁架导轨,在两根桁架导轨之间架设有单梁行车。本发明利用自爬升装置来支撑两根桁架导轨,并在两根桁架导轨之间架设单梁行车,这样便可使单梁行车在施工平面上方灵活移动,来吊装装配式建筑构件,确保装配式建筑构件可以通过单梁行车灵活走位实现精准快速安装,减少了人工,确保施工安全,大大提高了施工效率;同时,桁架导轨可以通过自爬升装置随着楼层往上逐层爬升,可以完成所有楼层的装配式建筑构件的安装工作。
