The invention discloses a steering device special for a wind power tower drum, and aims at solving the problems that paint on the outer wall of the tower drum is seriously damaged and the tower drum is easy to rust during normal use during rotation by taking a steering device as a fulcrum in an existing manner. Due to the fact that connecting rods are connected to sliding supporting rods through hinges, clamping frames can rotate adaptively during turning lifting of a tower crane while being attached to the outer wall of the tower drum to be fixed, the stability of the tower drum is effectively guaranteed, and the anti-corrosion paint on the outer wall of the tower drum is prevented from being damaged.

    本发明公开了一种风电塔筒专用转向装置,针对现有的方式往往在以转向装置为支点转动时,会严重损伤塔筒外壁的油漆,进而导致塔筒在正常使用时容易生锈的问题,现提出以下方案,包括主体架,所述主体架的顶部外壁上固定连接有转向平台,所述转向平台顶部外壁的中央位置固定连接有安装垫,所述安装垫顶部外壁的中央位置设有转轴,所述转轴外壁上套接有下防磨铜片和上防磨铜片,所述转轴的外壁上套接有套管。本发明由于连杆是通过铰链连接在滑动支杆上的,夹持架可以在贴紧塔筒外壁固定的同时,在塔吊的变向提升时进行适配性转动,有效的保证了塔筒的稳定性,避免塔筒外壁的防腐油漆被损坏。
