The high-voltage line damage detection unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a first rotor wing fixing arm and a second rotor wing fixing arm which are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of a vehicle body; the two ends of a first rotor wing reversing rotating shaft penetrate through the side walls of the two sides of the vehicle body correspondingly and are rotationally matched with the side walls of the vehicle body through bearings, a pair of first rotor wing motor supports are symmetrically fixed to the two ends of the first rotor wing reversing rotating shaft, and the two ends of the first rotor wing reversing rotating shaft are fixed to motors of corresponding rotor wings through the first rotor wing motor supports on the same side correspondingly; a first rotor reversing motor is fixed in the vehicle body, and a power output shaft of the first rotor reversing motor is in transmission fit with the first rotor reversing rotating shaft through a gear set; a cable surface image acquisition device is used for acquiring an image of the surface of a cable; a roller bracket and the cable surface image acquisition device are positioned on the same side; and a roller is arranged on the roller bracket.
