The invention belongs to the technical field of vertical take-off and landing aircrafts and relates to an electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft with a separable lift component. The electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft comprises the lift component (100), a hanging cabin (200) and an undercarriage (300); the lift component (100) is arranged above the hanging cabin (200) and is connected with the hanging cabin (200) through a lock; the undercarriage (300) is arranged below the hanging cabin (200) and is fixedly connected with the hanging cabin (200); when the hanging cabin (200) is in a distress emergency state, the lock connection between the hanging cabin (200) and the lift component (100) is disconnected, and meanwhile the hanging cabin (200) is opened through triggering. The electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft with the separable lift component has higher safety margin. the lift component can be separated in the air, and safe landing can be achieved even under the condition of power failure.
