The invention provides a torque sensor and an electric power-assisted bicycle. One end of an output shaft is concentrically fastened on a BB shaft, and the other end of the output shaft is connected with a free circumference of a load and is in sliding fit with the BB shaft; the strain gauge is attached to the output shaft; and a primary side coil and a primary side PCB which are in circuit connection are arranged on the primary side coil frame, a secondary side coil and a secondary side PCB are arranged on the secondary side coil frame, after alternating current with fixed frequency is supplied to the primary side coil, the secondary side coil generates induced current, and the output shaft and the secondary side coil frame rotate along with rotation of the BB shaft. According to the invention, a non-contact wireless power supply mode is adopted to solve the power supply problem of dynamic torque measurement. The torque signal is collected by detecting the torque signal change according to the principle that the load change of the secondary side can cause the current change of the primary side coil. The torque can also be detected in the mode that the primary coil and the secondary coil only play a power supply role, the secondary PCB is provided with the wireless transmitting unit to transmit signals wirelessly, and the primary coil receives the signals.

    本发明提供了一种力矩传感器及电动助力自行车,输出轴的一端同心紧固在BB轴上,另一端连接负载自由圆周滑配在BB轴上;应变片贴敷在输出轴上;原边线圈架上设置有线路连接的原边线圈和原边PCB,副边线圈架上设置有副边线圈和副边PCB,在原边线圈上供给固定频率的交变电流后、副边线圈产生感应电流,输出轴、副边线圈架随BB轴转动而转动。本发明采用非接触式的无线供电模式来解决动态测量力矩的供电问题。采用副边的负载变化会引起原边线圈电流变化的原理来检测力矩信号变化的原理来采集力矩信号。也可以采用原副边线圈只起到供电作用,副边PCB安装无线发射单元无线发射信号,原边接收信号的方式检测力矩。
