The invention relates to a steering column structure adjustable in angle and height. The steering column structure comprises an inner column casing and an outer column casing, wherein the inner column casing is sleeved with the outer column casing. The steering column structure comprises an inner support in a door frame shape , an outer support in a door frame shape , a composite sliding block , a guide sliding block, and an adjusting mechanism; the tail ends of the two side surfaces of the inner support are fixedly connected with the outer column casing, and a distance is formed between the top surface of the inner support and the surface of the outer column casing; and sliding grooves are formed in the two side faces of the inner support respectively. The top surface of the outer support is fixedly connected with the vehicle body, and the inner surfaces of the two side surfaces of the outer support are respectively clung to the outer surfaces of the two side surfaces of the inner support; and guide grooves are formed in the two side faces of the outer support respectively and correspond to the sliding grooves of the inner support. The composite sliding block is matched with the guide groove in the right side face of the outer support and matched with the sliding groove in the right side face of the inner support; and the guide sliding block is matched with the guide groove in the left side face of the outer support. The adjusting mechanism is connected with the composite sliding block and the guide sliding block in a matched mode. Thesteering column structure can meet the requirements of different stroke adjusting ranges, platform development is facilitated, component recognition and assembly are facilitated, and impact sound during adjustment can be reduced.

    本发明涉及一种角度、高度可调的转向柱结构,包括内柱筒、套在内柱筒外面的外柱筒;一内支架呈门框形,两侧面的末端与外柱筒固定连接,且顶面与外柱筒的表面之间有距离;在内支架的两侧面上分别设有滑槽;一外支架也呈门框形,其顶面与车身固定连接,两侧面的内表面分别与内支架两侧面的外表面紧贴;在外支架两侧面上分别设有导向槽,导向槽与内支架的滑槽对应;一复合滑块与外支架右侧面上的导向槽配合、并与内支架右侧面上的滑槽配合;一导向滑块与外支架左侧面上的导向槽配合;一调节机构与所述复合滑块和导向滑块配合连接。本发明能够适应行程调节范围不同的需求,有利于平台化开发,便于构件识别和装配,还能降低调节时的撞击声。
