The invention discloses a positioning device for the primary axle box of a rail transit vehicle. The positioning device comprises a framework, an axle box body arranged below a horizontal arm of the framework, a double-lug lifting seat arranged on an oblique beam of the framework and a connecting mechanism arranged between the axle box body and the double-lug lifting seat; and the connecting mechanism comprises a pulling plate seat connected to the axle box body in a matched mode through a multi-layer annular structure, a lifting lug side pulling plate seat arranged on the double-lug lifting seat and a double-layer pulling plate arranged between the pulling plate seat and the lifting lug side pulling plate seat. The positioning device is reliable in structure and good in stability.Two-way connection is formed by adopting a multi-layer pulling plate type structure fixed by bearings at two ends, the structure of the positioning device is flexible and reliable, the mounting and the dismounting of the positioning device are convenient; the upper and lower bending rigidity of the pulling plate and the vertical relative displacement constraint of the axle box body and the framework are small, the rigidity adjustability is high, and the problem of rigidity matching in all directions of the primary suspension of the railway vehicle is effectively solved; and the rigidity in each direction is decoupled at the primary axle box, the running stability and curve trafficability of the vehicle are improved, and the running safety and stability of the vehicle are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种轨道交通车辆一系轴箱定位装置,包括构架、设置在构架的水平臂下方的轴箱体、设置在构架的斜梁上的双耳吊座以及设置在轴箱体与双耳吊座之间的连接机构;连接机构包括通过多层环形结构配合连接在轴箱体上的拉板座、设置在双耳吊座上的吊耳侧拉板座以及设置在拉板座和吊耳侧拉板座之间的双层拉板;其结构可靠,稳定性能好,采用两端轴承固定的多层拉板式结构,形成双向连接,结构灵活可靠且安装拆卸方便,拉板上下弯曲刚度及轴箱体和构架垂向相对位移约束小,刚度可调性高,有效解决了轨道车辆一系悬挂各向刚度匹配问题,实现各向刚度在一系轴箱处解耦,提高车辆运行的平稳性和曲线通过性,保证车辆运行的安全性和稳定性。
