The invention provides an electric vehicle low-voltage battery electricity shortage prevention automatic control method. The method comprises the following steps: when an electric vehicle is in a power-off state, allowing an intelligent vehicle machine to regularly detect whether the voltage value of a low-voltage storage battery is lower than a first preset voltage value needing to be charged or not; if yes, waking up a vehicle control unit; after the vehicle control unit receives a charging request message sent by the intelligent vehicle machine, judging whether the vehicle state of the electric vehicle allows charging of the low-voltage storage battery or not ; if yes, controlling a power battery system to be electrified by high voltage, and starting a direct-current power supply converter to charge a low-voltage storage battery; and when monitoring is carried out and the voltage value of the low-voltage storage battery reaches a second preset voltage value for stopping charging and/or preset stopping time, stopping awakening of the vehicle control unit . In this way, the automatic charging function of the low-voltage storage battery can be achieved, and it can be ensured that the low-voltage storage battery cannot be insufficient in power or over-discharged; and the second preset voltage value for stopping charging and the preset stopping time are set, so that the low-voltage storage battery can be effectively prevented from being overcharged.

    本发明公开的电动汽车低压电池防亏电自动控制方法,当电动汽车处于下电状态时,智能车机定时检测低压蓄电池的电压值是否低于需要充电的第一预设电压值;若是,则唤醒整车控制器;整车控制器接收智能车机发送的请求充电报文后,判断电动汽车的车辆状态是否允许低压蓄电池充电;若是,则控制动力电池系统上高压电,启动直流电源转换器给低压蓄电池充电;监测并且在低压蓄电池的电压值达到停止充电的第二预设电压值和/或预设停止时间时,停止唤醒整车控制器。这样,本发明能够实现低压蓄电池自动化充电功能,且能确保低压电池不会亏电或过放;并且由于设置了停止充电的第二预设电压值以及预设停止时间,能有效防止低压蓄电池过充。
