The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging and discharging facility based on a smart power grid. The facility comprises a charging facility, a lifting device and a rain shielding device, the charging facility is fixedly connected with the lifting device, the lifting device is fixedly connected with the rain shielding device, the rain shielding device is lifted through the lifting device so as to shield rain, the charging facility comprises a parking platform, a charger is arranged on the parking platform, and the charger is provided with a hydraulic device and is connected with a charging gun for automatic charging. The facility is provided with a slide rail and a guide rack, a lead screw is arranged on the charger, the charging gun can adapt to the positions of charging ports of most electric vehicles, and the facility is provided with the rain shielding device, so that the vehicles can be safely and effectively charged in thunderstorm weather.

    本发明公开一种基于智能电网的电动汽车充放电设施,包括充电设施、升降装置、遮雨装置,充电设施与升降装置固定连接,升降装置与遮雨装置固定连接,遮雨装置通过升降装置进行升降以使遮雨装置进行遮雨,充电设施包括停车平台,停车平台上有充电器,充电器上有液压装置且连接充电枪,以进行自动充电。本发明设置有滑轨和导向齿条以及在充电器上设置有丝杠,可以使充电枪适应绝大多数电动汽车充电口的位置,且本发明设置有遮雨装置可以使车辆在雷雨天气下安全有效的充电。
