The invention relates to a sliding energy recovery method and device, an automobile and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that: when it is detected that a vehicle enters a sliding state, the distance between the vehicle and a front vehicle and the state of a traffic signal lamp are recognized; an original energy recovery torque value is optimized according to the state of the traffic signal lamp and the vehicle distance; and energy recovery is performed according to the optimized energy recovery torque value. By adopting the method, the energy recovery efficiency can be improved.
