The invention is suitable for the technical field of diving respirators, and provides an underwater closed respirator oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide generation amount real-time monitoring device which comprises an in-cabin module, an out-cabin module and an upper computer; wherein the in-cabin module comprises a breather valve box and an in-cabin control circuit; the out-cabin module comprises an out-cabin control circuit, an oxygen sensor and a carbon dioxide sensor; the in-cabin control circuit is in signal connection with the out-cabin control circuit; and the cabin outer control circuit is in signal connection with the upper computer. The system is provided with an in-cabin module used for monitoring the breathing flow of a diver in a pressurized water cabin and the environmental pressure, an out-cabin module used for collecting and detecting the oxygen concentration and the carbon dioxide concentration of expiration and inspiration of the diver, and an upper computer used for analyzing information collected by the in-cabin module and the out-cabin module. Therefore, physiological indexes of the diver during underwater breathing can be detected, and quantitative evaluation on the underwater labor intensity of the diver is facilitated.
