The invention relates to a maglev traffic linear synchronous motor suspension force model establishment method, which comprises the following steps: (1) dividing motor working states according to excitation current, air gap height and stator current working intervals of a linear synchronous motor; (2) establishing a finite element model of the linear synchronous motor, and performing time-step finite element simulation on each working state of the motor to obtain suspension force data of the motor in different working states and at different secondary positions; and (3) carrying out Fourier decomposition on the suspension force data, and carrying out nonlinear fitting to obtain a suspension force analysis model. Compared with the prior art, the suspension force analytical model established by the method is based on the Taylor series and the power function, the expression is simple, the method is easy to use, meanwhile, the model precision is high, and the method has very high application value.

    本发明涉及一种磁浮交通直线同步电机悬浮力模型建立方法,该方法包括如下步骤:(1)根据直线同步电机励磁电流、气隙高度以及定子电流工作区间,划分电机工作状态;(2)建立直线同步电机有限元模型,对电机每个工作状态进行时步有限元仿真,获得电机在不同工作状态、不同次级位置处的悬浮力数据;(3)对悬浮力数据进行傅里叶分解,并进行非线性拟合得到悬浮力解析模型。与现有技术相比,本发明建立的悬浮力解析模型基于泰勒级数与幂函数,表达式简洁,易于使用,同时模型精度高,具有很高的应用价值。
