The invention provides an interactive robot, and the robot comprises: a transportation route receiving module which is used for receiving the transportation route data, sent by a cloud server, of to-be-distributed goods; a navigation route acquisition module which is used for acquiring a navigation route corresponding to the transportation route data; and an interaction prompt module which is used for carrying out corresponding interaction prompt according to the navigation route. Therefore, the driver can perform corresponding driving operation according to the interaction prompt of the interaction robot in the cargo distribution process, the number of times that the driver is distracted to know the road condition is reduced, and the driving safety of the driver is ensured.
