The invention provides an automatic loading motion control system suitable for a missile. The automatic loading motion control system comprises a hoisting equipment subsystem, a grabbing device subsystem and a pose detection subsystem, wherein the hoisting equipment subsystem provides a mounting interface of the grabbing device subsystem to realize whole-process motion of a loading target; the grabbing device subsystem is used for grabbing, hoisting and lowering the loading target through assembling and connecting of the hoisting equipment subsystem and realizing pose detection and attitude control of the loading target; and the pose detection subsystem is used for collecting original information and data for pose detection of the loading target. The invention further provides an automatic loading motion control method suitable for the missile. Automatic loading of a missile task load module can be achieved by means of the multi-body system distributed motion control system based on visual servo.
