The invention provides a composite phase change flat plate heat pipe for a satellite. The composite phase change flat plate heat pipe comprises a cover plate, a uniform temperature plate, a phase change plate, a first capillary core, a second capillary core, a liquid working medium and a phase change material; the lower side of the cover plate is fixedly connected with the uniform temperature plate, a first sealing chamber is formed between the cover plate and the uniform temperature plate, the lower side of the uniform temperature plate is fixedly connected with the phase change plate, a second sealing chamber is formed between the uniform temperature plate and the phase change plate, the first capillary core is installed on the upper side of the first sealing chamber, the second capillary core is installed on the lower side of the first sealing chamber, the liquid working medium is added into the first sealing chamber, and the phase change material is added into the second sealing chamber. A uniform temperature layer and a phase change layer are welded into a whole, the thickness of the composite phase change flat plate heat pipe is reduced, meanwhile, light metal fins with high heat conductivity are used as a strengthening structure, the mechanical strength and the pressure bearing capacity of a shell are enhanced, meanwhile, the heat conductivity coefficient of the paraffin phase change material is increased, and the weight of a thermal control device is effectively reduced.

    本发明提供了一种卫星用复合式相变平板热管,包括:盖板、均温板、相变板、第一毛细芯、第二毛细芯、液体工质和相变材料;所述盖板下侧固定连接所述均温板,所述盖板与所述均温之间形成第一密封室腔,所述均温板下侧固定连接所述相变板,所述均温板和所述相变板之间形成第二密封室腔,所述第一密封室腔上侧安装所述第一毛细芯,所述第一密封室腔下侧安装所述第二毛细芯,所述第一密封室腔内添加液体工质,所述第二密封室腔内添加相变材料。将均温层和相变层焊接为一体,降低了装置厚度,同时利用高热导率的轻质金属肋片做为强化结构,增强了壳体的力学强度和承压能力,同时增加了石蜡相变材料的导热系数,有效减轻了热控装置重量。
