The invention discloses traceless tire tread rubber and a preparation method thereof. The traceless tire tread rubber is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 70 parts of natural rubber, 70 to 30 parts of ExxproTM special elastomer, 5 to 10 parts of carbon black N134, 60 to 70 parts of white carbon black, 2 to 3 parts of zinc oxide, 1 to 1.5 parts of stearic acid, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of anti-aging agent, 0.1 to 0.6 part of accelerant, 0.5 to 1.0 part of sulfur and super silane SI747 which accounts for 5 to 8 percent of the white carbon black. By adopting the tire tread rubber material, the economic and safe use requirements of the tire can be met, and the effect that no trace is left on the ground after the tire is rubbed with the ground can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种无痕轮胎胎面胶及其制备方法,按照重量份数计其包括以下成分:天然橡胶:30~70份,ExxproTM特种弹性体:70~30份,炭黑N134:5‑10份,白炭黑:60‑70份,氧化锌:2~3份,硬脂酸:1~1.5份,防老剂:0.5~1.5份,促进剂:0.1~0.6份,硫磺:0.5~1.0份,超级硅烷SI747:白炭黑的5‑8%。采用该轮胎胎面胶料,可以满足轮胎的经济、安全的使用要求,又能达到轮胎与地面摩擦后不在地面留下痕迹的效果。
