The invention discloses an underwater observation device and underwater observation equipment. The underwater observation device comprises: a rack; a first main shaft which is arranged on one side of the rack; a second main shaft which is arranged on the other side of the rack; a roller which comprises a roller body and two sealing plates, wherein the roller body is made of a flexible transparent material, the two sealing plates seal the two ends of the roller body respectively, and the two sealing plates are rotationally arranged on the first main shaft and the second main shaft respectively; a mounting frame which is arranged in the roller, and the two ends of the mounting frame are connected with the first main shaft and the second main shaft respectively; and a camera device which is arranged on the mounting frame. A lighting device is also arranged on the mounting frame. The problem that the imaging quality is poor and even normal observation is difficult to realize due to the uneven surface of the observed object is solved.

    本申请公开了一种水下观测装置及水下观测设备,包括:机架;第一主轴,设置于所述机架的一侧;第二主轴,设置于所述机架的另一侧;滚筒,包括筒体和两个密封板,所述筒体为柔性透明材质,两个所述密封板分别封闭所述筒体的两端,两个所述密封板分别转动设置于所述第一主轴和第二主轴上;安装架,设置于所述滚筒内,所述安装架的两端分别与所述第一主轴和第二主轴相连;摄像装置,设置于所述安装架上。所述安装架上还设置有照明装置。本申请解决因观测物表面凹凸不平造成的成像质量差甚至难以实现正常观测的问题。
