The invention provides a novel full-electronic interlocking turnout control method and system. The novel full-electronic interlocking turnout control method comprises the steps that S1 a control center sends a train operation interlocking function control command to an interlocking host; S2 the interlocking host receives and evaluates an interlocking function control command sent by the control center, and sends a safety command obtained after evaluation to a target controller; S3 the target controller receives the command from the interlocking host, executes the command of the interlocking host, converts a digital signal into an analog signal and sends the analog signal to a trackside object; S4 a regional ATP receives trackside object information collected by the interlocking host and controls the train running speed and movement authorization; and S5 the trackside object receives the command from the target controller, executes the command and gives a correct state.
