The invention relates to a low-voltage platform driving motor controller for an electric vehicle. The driving motor comprises a top cover module and a base module which are arranged up and down, and the top cover module comprises a cover plate, a cover body and a control panel which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the base module comprises a box body, a capacitor plate, a bottom plate, an aluminum-based power plate, a connecting polar plate, a filter and a three-phase support column, the bottom plate is installed in the box body, the aluminum-based power plate and the filter are both installed on the upper surface of the bottom plate, the aluminum-based power plate is provided with an MOS tube, a plurality of first copper tubes and a plurality of second copper tubes, the capacitor plate is installed on the bottom plate through the second copper tubes, and the three-phase support column is installed on the first copper tubes and simultaneously penetrates through the capacitor plate upwards to be connected with the control plate. Compared with the prior art, through the layered design of the base module, the internal structure distribution is effectively simplified, the overall size is reduced, the integrality is high, meanwhile, better working stability and heat dissipation performance are achieved, assembling is easy, and large-scale batch automatic production is facilitated.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车用低压平台驱动电机控制器,包括上下设置的顶盖模块和底座模块,顶盖模块包括从上往下依次连接的盖板、盖体和控制板;底座模块包括箱体、电容板、底板、铝基功率板、连接极板、滤波器和三相支柱、底板安装在箱体内,铝基功率板和滤波器均安装在底板的上表面,铝基功率板上设有MOS管、多个第一铜管和多个第二铜管,电容板通过第二铜管安装在底板上,三相支柱安装在第一铜管上,同时向上穿过电容板连接控制板。与现有技术相比,本发明通过底座模块的层状设计有效地简化内部结构分布,使其整体体积缩小,一体性强,同时具有更好的工作稳定性和散热性能,并且易于装配,适用于大规模的批量自动化生产。
