The invention discloses an automatic displacement mechanism of a signal transponder, and belongs to the technical field of urban rail transit vehicle maintenance. The automatic displacement mechanism comprises an L-shaped rotating shaft, a first adjusting assembly, a second adjusting assembly and a control assembly. The first adjusting assembly comprises a base and a first bidirectional motor, and the base is used for being fixed on a bottom plate of a track. The second adjusting assembly comprises a pin shaft, a second bidirectional motor, a rotating shaft and a base plate, the pin shaft is inserted on a transverse shaft, the second bidirectional motor is located on the transverse shaft, one end of the rotating shaft is sleeved on the pin shaft, and the base plate is located at the other end of the rotating shaft. The control assembly comprises a controller and a plurality of proximity sensors, and the proximity sensors are used for being fixed on the bottom plate of the track. The automatic displacement mechanism provided by the invention not only can support the signal transponder, but also can automatically adjust the signal transponder in the track overhauling process, so that interference on maintenance personnel and automatic inspection equipment is avoided.
