The invention relates to a novel arc-shaped track bridge crane of a vertical hinged shaft wheel set. The novel arc-shaped track bridge crane is characterized by comprising an inner end beam, an outer end beam, a main beam, a hoisting trolley, the vertical hinged shaft wheel set and a walking board. One end of the inner end beam is connected with the main beam. The two ends of the outer end beam are both fixedly connected to the main beam. One side of the inner end beam is aligned with one side of the outer end beam. The hoisting trolley is mounted on the main beam. One side of the walking board is connected with the main beam. The vertical hinged shaft wheel set is connected to the inner end beam. When the track cannot be mounted according to a simple straight line or a single-diameter circular arc shape, and a common bridge crane or an arc-shaped crane cannot be used, the comprehensive scheme of the vertical hinged shaft wheel set, horizontal wheels, electrical control and the like is designed, and the requirement for running of the crane on an arc-shaped track with a non-fixed diameter can be met.

    本发明一种新型垂直铰轴轮组的弧形轨道桥式起重机,其特征在于,包括内端梁、外端梁、主梁、起吊小车、垂直铰轴轮组、走台;所述内端梁一端与主梁连接;所述外端梁两端都固定连接在主梁上;所述内端梁一侧与外端梁一侧对齐;所述起吊小车安装在主梁上;所述走台一侧与主梁连接;所述垂直铰轴轮组连接在内端梁上。本发明当轨道不能按简单的直线型或单一直径的圆弧形进行安装,普通的桥式起重机或弧形起重机无法使用时,本专利设计成垂直铰轴轮组+水平轮+电气控制等综合方案,可以满足起重机在非固定直径的弧形轨道上运行需求。
