The invention discloses a pile turning construction method of a steel pipe pile. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a crane ship and a transport ship are pre-arranged in place, and linear arrangement is formed; S2, the crane ship is prepared to be hung on the steel pipe pile, a lifting strap is bound to the middle rear portion of the steel pipe pile, and steel wire ropes are hung on a main hook and an auxiliary hook on a single arm frame of the crane ship correspondingly; S3, the arm frame moves until the main hook and the auxiliary hook are positioned over a lifting lug of the steel pipe pile, the main hook and the auxiliary hook are lowered, the steel wire rope on the main hook is connected with the lifting lug, and the steel wire rope on the auxiliary hook is connected with the lifting strap; and S4, the main hook and the auxiliary hook are lifted at the same time, the steel pipe pile is slowly lifted after the steel wire ropes are tightened, when the steel pipe pile leaves the transport ship, the transport ship leaves for the safe area, the main hook is lifted, the auxiliary hook descends, the gravity center of the steel pipe pile is slowly aligned, and the steel pipe pile is kept stable until the steel pipe pile is lifted to be perpendicular. Construction safety is improved, the auxiliary hook is connected with a lifting rope at the middle rear part of the steel pipe pile through the corresponding steel wire rope, the stability of the steel pipe pile is improved during slow lifting, construction precision is ensured, pile lifting operation is accelerated, and therefore efficient operation is achieved.

    本发明公开一种钢管桩的翻桩施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1:起重船、运输船预就位,形成“一”型摆位;S2:起重船与钢管桩上的挂设准备,在钢管桩中后部绑扎吊带,起重船单臂架上的主副钩各挂设钢丝绳;S3:臂架移动至主副钩位于钢管桩吊耳的正上方,主副钩下放,将主钩上钢丝绳和吊耳连接,副钩上钢丝绳与吊带连接;S4:同时提升主副钩,钢丝绳收紧后缓慢吊起钢管桩,在钢管桩离开运输船,运输船驶离至安全区,主钩起吊、副钩下降,缓慢找正钢管桩重心,保持钢管桩稳定,直至吊升至钢管桩垂直。提高施工安全性,副钩通过钢丝绳连接钢管桩中后部的吊绳,在缓慢起吊时提高钢管桩的稳定性,保证施工精度,加快吊桩作业,从而实现高效的作业。
