The invention relates to the technical field of Internet of vehicles, in particular to a traffic time broadcasting system based on the Internet of vehicles. The system comprises an intersection case and a vehicle monitoring sensing system. The intersection case comprises a control body, a switch and an optical transceiver. The vehicle monitoring sensing system comprises a camera, an LED light supplement lamp, a network transmission module, a center management module, a photosensitive control module, an image acquisition module, an image analysis module, a data transmission module, a vehicle speed measurement module and a voice broadcast module. All traffic events in a vehicle-road cooperative management and control range and coordinates of occurrence points (of a certain intersection or a certain road section) are uploaded to a platform system, the system finds out a corresponding intersection through matching and extends the intersection outwards to form four layers of associated intersections, and when vehicles enter or are located in the ranges of the associated intersections, the vehicles receive the traffic event broadcast issued by the system, so that the traffic passing efficiency can be greatly improved, and the passing safety is improved.
