The invention discloses a method and a system for calculating a vehicle driving track before collision of a traffic accident. The method comprises the steps that S1, driving data sampled within the time T before a vehicle collides are obtained, and the driving data comprise the driving speed, the acceleration, the tire steering angle and the yaw velocity; S2, determining the mass center position and the yaw angle of the vehicle at the collision point; S3, taking the mass center position and the yaw angle at the vehicle collision point as starting points, and iteratively calculating the mass center position and the yaw angle at each moment within the time T before the vehicle collision according to a reduction formula. According to the method, the driving track of the vehicle before collision can be obtained, traffic police can conveniently judge whether the vehicle has illegal behaviors or not, and a basis is provided for accident liability division. By setting the sampling period, the driving track can be ensured to have high precision. In addition, the points on the track of the vehicle are represented by three degrees of freedom, namely longitudinal translation, transverse translation and yawing around a vertical shaft which is vertical to the ground and passes through the mass center of the vehicle, so that the real situation is better met.

    本发明公开了一种交通事故碰撞前车辆行驶轨迹计算方法及系统。该方法包括:S1,获取车辆碰撞前时间T内采样的行车数据,行车数据包括行驶速度、加速度、轮胎转向角以及横摆角速度;S2,确定碰撞点处车辆的质心位置和横摆角;S3,以车辆碰撞点处的质心位置和横摆角为始点,按照还原公式迭代计算车辆碰撞前时间T内各时刻的质心位置和横摆角。本方法能够获得碰撞前车辆的行驶轨迹,便于交警判断车辆是否发生违法行为,为事故责任划分提供依据。通过设置采样周期能够确保行驶轨迹具有较高精度。车辆轨迹上的点由纵向平动、横向平动和绕垂直于地面且通过车辆质心的竖直轴横摆运动三个自由度来表征,更符合真实情况。
