The embodiment of the invention discloses a floating type draught fan base and a draught fan. The floating type draught fan base comprises a stand column and an assembling structural part. The stand column is of a hollow sealing structure, and the bottom of the stand column is connected with the assembling structural part. The assembling structural part is of a hollow sealing structure composed of one or more assembling sub-structural parts. Each assembling sub-structural part is of a prestressed reinforced concrete structure, and a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the upper end and the lower end of each assembling sub-structural part. Every two adjacent assembling sub-structural parts are connected in the mode that a prestressed steel strand penetrates through connecting holes. Flange plates are arranged on the edges of the upper ends and/or the lower ends of the assembling sub-structural parts. According to the structure of the scheme, small enough pitching and rolling freedom degree dynamic response can be guaranteed, efficient operation of the draught fan is guaranteed, the number of the assembling sub-structural parts can be adjusted to adjust the applicable sea area, a larger application range is achieved, and the overall strength and stability of the floating type draught fan base can be enhanced by adopting the prestressed reinforced concrete structures.

    本发明实施例公开了一种浮式风机基座及风机,包括:立柱、装配结构件;其中,立柱为内部中空的密封结构,立柱的底部连接装配结构件;装配结构件是由一个或多个装配子结构件组成的内部中空的密封结构;各装配子结构件为预应力钢筋混凝土结构,装配子结构件的上端和下端均设置有多个连接孔;相邻装配子结构件之间通过预应力钢绞线穿过连接孔连接的方式实现连接;各装配子结构件的上端和/或下端的边缘设置有翼缘板。本方案的结构可以保证足够小的纵摇及横摇自由度动态响应,保证风机的高效运转,且可以调整装配子结构件的数量来调整适用的海域,实现更大的适用范围,且采用预应力钢筋混凝土结构能加强浮式风机基座的整体强度与稳定性。
