The mechanism comprises a cross beam, a guide groove, an end cover I, a hydraulic pump I, a spline shaft, a transmission gear i, a screw, an end cover ii, a oil pipe III, an oil pipe IV, a reversing valve II, a hydraulic pump II, a connecting gear, a transmission gear II, a winding drum, a motor II and the like. The mechanism is reasonable and simple in structure, low in production cost and convenient in installation, gravitational potential energy recovery transmission is carried out through the spline shaft, and therefore it is guaranteed that gravitational potential energy can be directly recovered when the bridge crane lifting mechanism is located at the left position and the right position, and the reliability and stability of gravitational potential energy recovery are improved; an energy storage driving device is arranged, so that the gravitational potential energy can be recycled and stored, meanwhile, a pressurizing oil pump arranged in the energy storage driving device can continuously carry out oil injection and pressurization on an energy storage cavity, and therefore electro-hydraulic hybrid driving is achieved, and lifting reliability and stability are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种液电混合驱动桥式起重机提升机构,包括横梁、导槽、端盖一、液压泵一、花键轴、传动齿轮一、螺杆、端盖二、油管三、油管四、换向阀二、液压泵二、连接齿轮、传动齿轮二、卷筒和电机二等;本发明具有结构合理简单、生产成本低、安装方便,这里通过花键轴进行重力势能的回收传动,从而确保了桥式起重机提升机构处于左右不同位置时都能够直接进行重力势能的回收,也就提高了重力势能回收的可靠性和稳定性;本发明中设置的储能驱动装置,不仅能够对重力势能进行回收储能,同时里面设置的加压油泵,也能够持续对储能腔中进行注油加压,从而满足了液电混合驱动,也就大大提高了提升的可靠性和稳定性。
