The invention provides a balance hoisting structure and method of a portal crane. The balance hoisting structure comprises the portal crane and a balance device assembled in the hoisting direction of the portal crane; a portal crane trolley is arranged on the portal crane and lifts a hoisted component through a plurality of steel wire ropes; the balance device is connected between the plurality of steel wire ropes and the hoisted component; connecting pieces on the balance device are connected corresponding to the plurality of steel wire ropes; the balance device is driven by the plurality of steel wire ropes under the portal crane trolley to do lifting motion in the balance state; the hoisting faces of the balance device are located on the same horizontal plane in the lifting process, the hoisted component is located under the balance device, the balance device is connected along the edge of the hoisted component, and the hoisted component does fixed lifting motion in the suspended state; and the balance of the hoisted component is guaranteed when the portal crane ascends and descends, safety risks caused by uncontrollable factors such as steel wire rope stirring are reduced, and operability and applicability are high.

    本发明提供了一种门式起重机的平衡吊装结构及方法,包括门式起重机以及装配在门式起重机吊装方向上的平衡装置,门式起重机上设置门机小车,门机小车通过若干根钢丝绳升降被吊构件;平衡装置在若干根钢丝绳与被吊构件之间连接,平衡装置上的连接件分别对应于若干根钢丝绳连接设置,且平衡装置在门机小车的正下方通过若干根钢丝绳的带动,在平衡状态下进行升降运动,平衡装置在升降过程中吊装面处于同一水平面,被吊构件位于平衡装置的正下方,平衡装置沿着被吊构件边沿处连接设置,实现被吊构件在悬空状态下进行固定升降运动;门式起重机在起身降落时保证了被吊构件的平衡,降低了因钢丝绳打搅等不可控因素导致的安全风险,可操作性和适用性强。
