The invention discloses a manual handrail and pedal plate device of a corridor elevator. The manual handrail and pedal plate device of the corridor elevator is a device disclosed with regard to the defects that an electric pedal plate in a corridor elevator is high in manufacturing cost, complex to use, prone to failures and not convenient to maintain. In the device, a lever principle is adopted, a handrail is manually pressed, a handrail connecting shaft is driven to pull a steel wire rope, and the steel wire rope pulls a pedal plate shaft to enable a pedal plate to fall down; and when the handrail is loosened, the pedal plate automatically returns under the action of a shaft spring, and the operation of conveying a passenger on the pedal plate to go upstairs and downstairs is completed. The device is provided with the handrail, the pedal plate and a connecting main plate. The handrail and the pedal plate are installed on a main plate component, the handrail is arranged at the upper end of the main plate, the pedal plate is arranged at the lower end of the main plate, and the components are made of carbon steel and combined into a whole through welding and screws. The passenger presses the handrail by hand to control the pedal plate to rise and fall in use, so that the purpose of going upstairs and downstairs is achieved. The device is reasonable in design, compact in structure, convenient to install, simple in technology, firm, durable, convenient and practical, and is successfully manufactured by a declarator through common machinery and experimental verification.

    楼道电梯手动扶手和脚踏板装置针对楼道电梯中电动脚踏板造价高,使用复杂,容发故障,不利于维护的弊端,提出的一种用杠杆原理,用手动按压扶手,驱动扶手连接轴拉动钢丝绳,钢丝绳牵拉脚踏板轴,使脚踏板落下。松开扶手,脚踏板在轴弹簧的作用下自动复位,完成运送脚踏板上的乘坐人上下楼的装置。本装置有扶手、脚踏板、连接主板三部分。扶手和脚踏板安装在主板部件上,主板上端为扶手,下端为脚踏板,部件为碳钢材质,通过焊接和螺丝组合成一体。乘坐人在使用中通过手按扶手,控制脚踏板起落,达到上下楼的目的。本装置设计合理,结构紧凑、安装方便、技术简单,装置坚固耐用,便捷实用,经过申报人用一般机械制作和实验验证,已经获得成功。
