A composite energy system brake control method based on an electric flywheel battery and a fuel battery belongs to the field of electric vehicle control, and is characterized in that the composite energy system can be controlled according to the states of a vehicle, the fuel battery, the electric flywheel battery and a clutch wheel; by means of an advantage of high instantaneous power recovery of a flywheel, a defect that the fuel cell cannot recover the braking energy is overcome, under the braking working condition, the braking energy is recovered through intervention of the electric flywheel, the peak load shifting effect of the electric flywheel is fully exerted, and then the driving range of the whole vehicle is prolonged, and the service life of the fuel cell is prolonged.
