The invention provides an airborne power supply mounting rack with a protection circuit. The mounting rack comprises a mounting rack body, a protection circuit system and a control detection system, the mounting rack body is of a multi-layer frame body structure formed by connecting a back plate, a top plate, a middle plate, a bottom plate, a left side plate and a right side plate, and airborne power supplies are placed in the mounting rack body in a layered manner; the protection circuit system comprises a plurality of power plugs, fuses, contactors and through-wall terminals, the power plugs, the fuses, the contactors and the through-wall terminals are respectively arranged on the back plate corresponding to airborne power supplies of all layers, and positive and negative electrodes of the power plugs are connected with the corresponding fuses and the through-wall terminals through connecting strips to form an output positive electrode and an output negative electrode of an airborne power supply protection circuit of each layer; the control detection system comprises a control detection connector and a plurality of detection lines. The control detection connector is connected with the fuses and the contactors through the plurality of detection lines. The mounting rack is simple in cooperation with an airborne power supply, is easy to operate, greatly improves the maintainability of the airborne power supply, achieves the universality of various working conditions of various aircrafts, and improves the safety and reliability of the aircrafts.
本发明提出一种含保护电路的机载电源安装架,包括安装架体、保护电路系统和控制检测系统,安装架体是由背板、顶板、中间板、底板、左侧板和右侧板连接组成的多层框架体结构,机载电源分层放置于安装架体内;保护电路系统包括多个功率插头、熔断器、接触器和穿墙端子,分别对应于各层机载电源安设于背板上,功率插头的正负极通过连接条与对应的熔断器、穿墙端子相连,形成各层机载电源保护电路的输出正极和输出负极;控制检测系统包括控制检测连接器和多根检测线,控制检测连接器通过多根检测线分别与熔断器和接触器相连。本发明与机载电源配合方式简单、易操作,大大提升机载电源维修性,实现多种飞机各种工况的通用性,提升飞机安全可靠性。
