The invention discloses a pneumatic synchronous lifting mechanism. The guide rod air cylinder works to drive the connecting frame to move upwards, the to-be-lifted equipment on the connecting frame moves upwards along with the connecting frame, in the process that the guide rod air cylinder works to drive the connecting frame to move upwards, the synchronous lifting assembly ascends and descends along with the guide rod air cylinder and keeps the horizontal precision and stability of the connecting frame, the connecting frame moves upwards to drive a connecting plate to move upwards, racks move upwards along with the connecting plate, when any rack moves upwards, two connecting shaft meshing with the rack can be driven synchronously to rotate synchronously, the connecting shafts synchronously rotate to drive other racks to synchronously act, synchronous and stable lifting of the connecting plate and the connecting frame is achieved, and the horizontal precision and stability of the connecting frame can be continuously and effectively guaranteed through the working mechanism of the synchronous lifting assembly.

    本发明公开了一种气动同步举升机构,在底部承载板上安装导杆气缸和同步升降组件,导杆气缸和同步升降组件上设置有连接架,导杆气缸的伸缩端和同步升降组件的伸缩端均与连接架连接,连接架上侧连接待举升的设备,导杆气缸工作,带动连接架上移,连接架上的待举升设备随之上移,导杆气缸工作带动连接架上移过程中,同步升降组件随导杆气缸升降且保持连接架的水平精度和平稳性,其中,连接架上移带动连接板上移,齿条随连接板上移,当任意齿条上移时,便会同时带动与其相啮合的两根连接轴同步转动,连接轴同步转动带动其他齿条同步动作,实现连接板以及连接架同步平稳举升,同步升降组件的工作机制可以持续有效保证连接架的水平精度和平稳性。
