The invention relates to the field of tower cranes, and discloses an automatic tensioning device for a traction rope of a tower crane load-carrying trolley and a tower crane. The automatic tensioning device comprises a ratchet mechanism and a movable collision block, wherein the ratchet mechanism is mounted on the load-carrying trolley and used for winding the traction rope; the movable collision block is hinged to an arm frame of the tower crane; the movable collision block and the ratchet mechanism are configured in the way that when the load-carrying trolley moves forwards along the arm frame and the ratchet mechanism makes contact with the movable collision block, the movable collision block can drive the ratchet mechanism to tension the traction rope; and when the load-carrying trolley moves reversely along the arm frame and the ratchet mechanism makes contact with the movable collision block, the ratchet mechanism can drive the movable collision block to rotate, so that the situation that the movable collision block stops the load-carrying trolley from moving reversely is avoided. According to the technical scheme, the operation safety and convenience of traction rope tensioning operation are improved.

    本发明涉及塔机领域,公开了一种塔机载重小车的牵引绳自动张紧装置和塔机。其中,所述自动张紧装置包括:棘轮机构,所述棘轮机构安装在载重小车上,用于绕设所述牵引绳;活动撞块,所述活动撞块铰接在所述塔机的臂架上;所述活动撞块与所述棘轮机构配置为,在所述载重小车沿着所述臂架正向移动,且所述棘轮机构与所述活动撞块接触时,该活动撞块能够驱动所述棘轮机构张紧所述牵引绳;而在所述载重小车沿着所述臂架反向移动,且所述棘轮机构与所述活动撞块接触时,所述棘轮机构能够驱动所述活动撞块旋转,以避免所述活动撞块阻止所述载重小车反向移动。本发明提供的技术方案提高了牵引绳张紧作业的操作安全性和便利性。
