The invention discloses a multi-connecting-rod balance lifting mechanism for automobile chassis assembling. A lifting device comprises an upper frame, a walking support is arranged at the middle part of the upper frame, the left side of the lower end of the upper frame is hinged to the head end of a first connecting rod, a first sliding rod is arranged at the right side of a lower frame, and the tail end of the first connecting rod is hinged to a first sliding block which is slidably connected to the first sliding rod; a second sliding rod is arranged at the right side of the upper frame, the head end of a second connecting rod is hinged to a second sliding block on the second sliding rod, the tail end of the second connecting rod is hinged to the left side of the lower frame, and the middle part of the first connecting rod and the middle part of the second connecting rod are connected through a hinge shaft; and a traction motor is arranged at the middle part of the upper frame, the head end of a pulling rope is fixedly connected with the traction motor, and the tail end of the pulling rope is fixedly connected with the lower frame. In a whole lifting and descending process, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are matched with the first sliding rod and the second sliding rod to jointly complete stable lifting and descending movement; and the multi-connecting-rod balance lifting mechanism for automobile chassis assembling is simple in structure, convenient to use, low in manufacturing cost, capable of meeting the need of teaching use, and safer.

    一种汽车底盘装配用多连杆平衡举升机构,举升装置包括上部框架,上部框架中部设有行走支架,上部框架下端左侧与第一连杆首端铰接,下部框架右侧设有第一滑杆,第一连杆末端与滑动连接在第一滑杆上的第一滑块铰接,上部框架右侧设有第二滑杆,第二连杆首端与第二滑杆上的第二滑块铰接,第二连杆末端与下部框架左侧铰接,第一连杆和第二连杆的中部通过铰轴连接,上部框架中部设有曳引电机,牵拉绳首端与曳引电机固连,牵拉绳末端与下部框架固定连接,在整个举升和下降过程中,第一连杆和第二连杆配合第一滑杆和第二滑杆共同完成了平稳的举升和下降运动,其结构简单,使用方便,制造成本低,可满足于教学使用,更加安全。
