The invention relates to the technical field of excavators, and discloses a device for effectively preventing an excavator from stalling and falling in the installation process. The device comprises a limiting disc, and the inner side of the limiting disc is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft; a fluid groove is formed in the position, close to the outer side of the rotating shaft, of the limiting disc, and the outer side of the fluid groove is movably connected with a piston; and a magnetostrictive material fixedly connected with the outer side of the piston is fixedly connected with the interior of the limiting disc, and an electromagnet I is fixedly connected to the position, close to the outer side of the magnetostrictive material, in the limiting disc. According to the device for effectively preventing the excavator from stalling and falling in the installation process, a movable block is driven by the rotating shaft to operate; the electromagnet I and the magnetostrictive material are used cooperatively, when the rotating shaft is rotated too fast to drive a movable contact to come into contact with a static contact, and therefore the effect of driving the magnetostrictive material to stretch is achieved; the purpose of pushing the limiting block to fix the rotating shaft is effectively achieved, the rotating shaft is effectively prevented from being continuously rotated, and therefore, parts are prevented from falling off; and the safety of the installation and rotation process is improved.

    本发明涉及挖掘机技术领域,且公开了一种有效防止挖掘机安装过程失速掉落的装置,包括限位盘,所述限位盘的内侧转动连接有转轴,限位盘的内部且靠近转轴的外侧开设有流体槽,流体槽的外侧活动连接有活塞,限位盘的内部固定连接有与活塞的外侧固定连接的磁致伸缩材料,限位盘的内部且靠近磁致伸缩材料的外侧固定连接有电磁铁一。该有效防止挖掘机安装过程失速掉落的装置,通过转轴带动活动块运行,再通过电磁铁一与磁致伸缩材料的配合使用,当转轴转速过快带动动触点与静触点接触,从而达到了带动磁致伸缩材料伸长的效果,有效实现了推动限位块固定转轴的目的,有效防止转轴继续转动,从而避免零配件掉落,增加了安转过程的安全性。
