The invention discloses an intelligent lifting device for flat pipe hoisting. The lifting device comprises at least one integrated side hoisting pry, power generation equipment, and control equipment, wherein the integrated side hoisting pry comprises winch equipment, a steel wire rope arranged on the winch equipment, a side hoisting structure connected with the steel wire rope and a starting device used for starting the winch equipment; the power generation equipment is connected with the starting device in each integrated side hanging pry; and the control equipment is in communication connection with each integrated side hoisting pry so as to monitor the integrated side hoisting pry and send out a signal for controlling the integrated side hoisting pry. According to the lifting device, related data such as tension and extension length of a steel wire rope, hoisting height of a pipeline and power parameters of the winch equipment can be monitored in real time in the flat pipe hoisting process, convenience is brought to construction, accurate intelligent operation can be achieved, construction errors are reduced, meanwhile, the repeated utilization rate is high, economical efficiency is good, and the safety performance of construction can also be improved.

    本发明公开了一种平管起吊智能化提升装置,包括:至少一个集成舷吊撬,所述集成舷吊撬包括绞车设备、设置在所述绞车设备上的钢丝绳、与所述钢丝绳连接的舷吊结构、以及用于启动所述绞车设备的启动装置;发电设备,所述发电设备与每一所述集成舷吊撬中的所述启动装置连接;控制设备,所述控制设备与每一所述集成舷吊撬通信连接,以监测所述集成舷吊撬并发出控制所述集成舷吊撬的信号。本发明可以在平管吊装过程中实现钢丝绳的张力和伸出长度、管道的起吊高度以及绞车设备的动力参数等相关数据的实时监测,以为施工带来便利,且能实现精准的智能化操作,减小施工误差,同时,其重复利用率高,经济性好,还能提高施工的安全性能。
