The invention discloses an intelligent lifting appliance for a forklift charging room. The intelligent lifting appliance comprises outer protection bases, lifting bases, supporting stand columns and a cross beam, the lifting bases are slidably installed in the outer protection bases, the supporting stand columns are slidably installed in the lifting bases, the two ends of the cross beam are fixedly provided with the upper ends of the supporting stand columns, and a hoisting device is fixedly installed in the middle of the lower surface of the cross beam; and hydraulic cylinders are arranged between the outer protection bases and the lifting bases, the hydraulic cylinders are connected with an external hydraulic supply device, first servo motors are fixedly installed on the inner concave bottom faces of the lifting bases, and spiral lifting plates are fixedly installed in grooves of the supporting stand columns. The large-size height changes of the outer protection bases and the lifting bases enable the device to operate quickly, the lifting bases and the supporting stand columns are matched through the servo motors, lead screws and the spiral lifting plates, small-size high-precision operation is achieved, overall high-speed operation is achieved through the cooperation of the lifting bases and the supporting stand columns, meanwhile, certain height lifting change can be conducted, and manpower and physical strength are saved.

    本发明公开了一种叉车充电间智能化吊具,包括外护座、抬升座、支持立柱与横梁,所述抬升座滑动安装于外护座内,所述支撑立柱滑动安装于抬升座内,所述横梁的两端均固定安装有支撑立柱上端,所述横梁的下表面中部固定安装有吊装装置;所述外护座与抬升座间设有液压缸,所述液压缸连接外部液压供给装置,所述抬升座的内凹底面固定安装有第一伺服电机,所述支撑立柱的凹槽内固定安装有螺升板;通过外护座与抬升座进行大尺寸的高度变化,使得装置进行快速运行,而抬升座与支持立柱间通过伺服电机、丝杠与螺升板配合,实现小尺寸高精度的运行,两者配合,实现整体的高速运转,同时能够进行有的高度抬升变化,节省人工体力。
