The invention provides a low-noise unmanned aerial vehicle rotor wing, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and the rotor wing comprises four blades: two counterpoint upper reverse blades and two counterpoint lower reverse blades. The upper reverse blades are each provided with an upper reverse wingtip, each lower reverse blade is provided with a lower reverse wingtip, and the wingtips have the structural characteristics of sharpening and sweepback. Through the design of combining the upper reverse blades and the lower reverse blades, the interference of the wingtip vortex on the rotor blade in the rotating process is reduced, meanwhile, the strength of the wingtip vortex is weakened and the lift-drag ratio is increased through the upper reverse, lower reverse, sweepback and sharpened wingtip structure, and the rotor blade has the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in processing, high lift-drag ratio and low noise.
