The invention discloses an integrated buoyancy system of an underwater vehicle, and the system comprises an inner oil tank, an outer leather bag and a hydraulic oil way connected between the inner oil tank and the outer leather bag; the inner oil tank is arranged in a pressure-resistant cabin, and the outer leather bag is arranged in a soaking cabin. The integrated buoyancy system further comprises an air way, and the outer leather bag comprises an oil bag and an air bag, wherein one end of each of the oil bag and the air bag is open; the open end of the oil bag is fixed to an end cover of the pressure-resistant cabin in a sealed mode, the oil bag and the end cover form an oil storage cavity used for storing oil, and the oil storage cavity is communicated with the inner oil tank through a hydraulic oil way. The open end of the air bag is fixed to an end cover of the pressure-resistant cabin in a sealed mode and arranged outside the oil bag in a sleeving mode, the space between the oil bag and the air bag and the end cover form an air storage cavity used for storing air, and the air storage cavity is communicated with the pressure-resistant cabin through an air path. The oil bag and the air bag can work alternately, the overall size is small, the cost of the underwater vehicle can be effectively saved, and the size of the buoyancy system is reduced so that the buoyancy system can be suitable for underwater vehicles of more models.

    本发明公开了一种水下潜器一体化浮力系统,包括内油箱、外皮囊以及连接在内油箱与外皮囊之间的液压油路,所述内油箱设置在耐压舱内,所述外皮囊设置在浸水舱内,还包括气路,所述外皮囊包括油囊和气囊,油囊和气囊均一端敞口;所述油囊的敞口端与耐压舱的端盖密封固定,油囊与端盖形成用于储油的储油腔,该储油腔通过液压油路与内油箱连通;所述气囊的敞口端与耐压舱的端盖密封固定、且套设在油囊外,油囊与气囊之间的空间以及端盖形成用于储气的储气腔,该储气腔通过气路与耐压舱连通;本申请油囊和气囊可交替工作,整体体积较小,能够有效节约水下潜器的成本,减少浮力系统的体积以便适用于更多型号的水下潜器。
